Membership lists stored on the NeoRed system are the property of our clients. We will not sell, license, share, transfer or otherwise disclose client memberships lists or list administrator’s login information to any third party.
You may not send unsolicited bulk email. Your email will be considered unsolicited if your membership addresses are not 100% opt-in by your members. If your email addresses came from harvesting, a purchased email list or other acquired method it is considered unsolicited email.
All email messages must include unsubscribe instructions in the body or footer of the message so members can unsubscribe themselves from the list.

NeoRed requires its clients to practice permission-based email marketing. Our acceptable use policy states that unsolicited commercial email (spam) is not acceptable. If you received an email from us, it is because you have a prior existing relationship with one of our clients’. We promise to keep your email address secure and will not sell, rent or use it for other purposes.
Each email sent through the NeoRed system contains a link that allows subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving emails from the sender. If you wish to unsubscribe, follow the instructions in the footer of any email. Or forward a copy of the email to abuso@NeoRed.com.mx.
